The scored breakdown is what got me. I always thought I was rambling a little, but seeing my own filler count and pace laid out next to the transcript made it obvious exactly where I was losing the thread. Fixed it in about a week of reps, and it carried straight over into how I answer questions in my med school interviews.
I'd never touched anything like the Pymetrics-style games before I found this. Running the balloon and card drills a few times a night for two weeks meant the actual assessment wasn't the thing throwing me off, I already knew the rhythm of it going in.
I did four mock interviews the week before my first-round with a bank, and by the third one the follow-up questions stopped catching me off guard. Hearing myself get asked "walk me through that" out loud, instead of just reading it off a page, made the real interview feel like the fifth rep instead of the first.

How is my answer graded?
Your recording is transcribed, then scored against a rubric (content & structure, clarity, pace, and tone) using Claude, along with pace and filler-word stats pulled directly from the transcript.
Is my recording stored?
Yes. Recordings are stored privately under your account so they can be transcribed and graded, and only you can access them.
What do the drills actually test?
Timed arithmetic, risk-based decisions, and pattern sequences: the fast reflexes that show up cold in gamified assessments like Pymetrics, not the kind of thing you'd rehearse for a normal interview.
Why do I need to log in?
So your recordings and scores are saved to your account and you can track progress over time, instead of losing everything when you close the tab.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account. It permanently removes your profile, sessions, drill scores, resumes, and recordings right away, no waiting on a request.

What worked
- Strong STAR structure: situation and task were clear in the first 15 seconds.
- Clear, confident opening that got straight to the point without hedging.
- Good pacing, not rushed, and gave the interviewer time to follow along.
Needs work
- Said "um" or "like" 11 times. Try a silent pause instead of filling the gap.
- The resolution was rushed. Spend more time on what changed afterward, not just what you did.
- Tone stayed fairly flat. Vary your energy on the key moment of the story.

Drills
Short, focused reps on one skill at a time. Not a full interview, just the muscle.
Arithmetic
60 seconds, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. Answer as many as you can before time runs out.
Arithmetic Pro
Same four operations, uglier numbers and multi-step expressions. Still 60 seconds, see how far speed holds up.
Risk
Pump the balloon for +1 point a pop, or collect and bank your earnings. Pop it and you lose the round, so how far do you push it?
Sequence
A pattern of numbers appears. Type the next one in the sequence before the clock runs out.
Digits
A sequence of digits flashes, then disappears. Type it back. Each round adds one more digit until you slip.
Stop
Press on red, hold still on green. 40 fast trials testing how well you catch yourself.
Cards
Four decks, 24 draws. Every deck pays out, but some carry bigger hidden losses. Learn which to avoid.
Arrows
An arrow appears with a rule above it that keeps changing. Read the rule, not just the arrow. 30 trials.
Towers
Move the whole disk stack to the last peg, one move at a time, as fast as you can. Three rounds, no skipping.
Magnitudes
Two fractions appear. Click the larger one, as fast as you can, for 60 seconds.
Shapes
